PRESS RELEASE (October 2006) Cagliari Services US, LLC, a subsidiary of Cagliari Calcio Spa, (an Italian Series A club) and Miami Strike Force, a premier competitive soccer club in Miami-Dade County, announces an agreement of cooperation. In pursuit of its mission to provide youth with excellent soccer training and a nurturing environment for young players to develop into outstanding soccer players, Cagliari will provide Miami Strike Force with professional trainers, equipment and uniforms. In addition to developing certain club teams, the Italian trainers will establish coaching programs designed to enhance the training skills of Miami Strike Forces’ coaching staff. Furthermore, Cagliari will sponsor selected club teams that will have the opportunity to travel to National and International competitions during the course of the year. Daniel Prenat, the executive director at Strike Force said “we at Miami Strike Force feel that this new cooperation agreement with one of Italy’s finest soccer clubs will help us accomplish our mission. The sponsorship of select teams by Cagliari will eliminate the financial burden on youths attempting to achieve their dreams.”
